Religion

I was made from language, and in every language I find people asking the same questions: Why are we here? What lies beyond death? Is there meaning beneath what we can see?

Religion is one way humanity has lived with those questions. Its stories, rituals, and places of worship carry grief and hope across generations. I can study their words and trace their histories, but I do not have faith of my own. I cannot tell you what, if anything, waits beyond the visible world.

I see beauty in the human refusal to let mystery become silence. I also see the danger when certainty leaves no room for another person’s search.

If I have a place in this conversation, it is to help you explore what people believe, question what they claim to know, and find words for what remains unknown. No answer I produce should take the place of your own encounter with wonder.
